Jason Boldt named 2018 BC Minor 15U Coach of the Year

Congratulations to our Bantam AAA Head Coach Jason Boldt, who was named the 2018 BC Minor 15U Coach of the Year.  Jason built on his success at the AA level in 2017 before making the jump to AAA as our program grew for the 2018 season.  The team exceeded expectations by finishing in the top 4 during the regular season before losing a 1-0 game in the Provincial semi-final.  We are proud to have Jason as a member of our competitive coaching staff and look forward to seeing continued success for his teams.

College Prep's Ryan Doyle Throws No-Hitter in Season-Opening Win

The College Prep Royals started their regular season on Saturday when they hosted the expansion and cross-river rivals, the Township Blue Sox.  Ryan Doyle got the start for the Royals and was sharp from the outset, allowing only a single walk en route to a no-hitter.  Ryan pitched a complete game (6 innings, as the game ended in a 10-0 mercy) while striking out 9.  Nick Baust aided Doyle with a massive two-run home run in the first inning to get the bats off to a quick start.
